Notice Regarding Our Response to COVID-19 (Updated Apr. 19, 2021)

Considering the current situation surrounding the spread of COVID-19 in Japan, Capcom Co., Ltd. will implement a general policy of work from home or stay at home for employees from Monday, April 13, 2020 through Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

Capcom is committed to prioritizing the safety of employees, their families, our business partners and the public. We will closely monitor the plans and policies set forth by national and local governments in order to quickly act in working to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We appreciate your continued understanding and support.

May 7, 2020 Update:
In accordance with the national government’s announcement of extending the state of emergency in Japan, we will continue the above policy from today.

May 26, 2020 Update:
In regions of Japan where the state of emergency has been lifted we will restart operations while implementing staggered working hours and ensuring social distancing in the workplace, easing the above policy as we move toward normal working conditions. Further, we will continue to work to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through the combined use of shift systems and work from home.

January 8, 2021 Update:
In accordance with the national government’s announcement of a state of emergency in Japan, beginning Tuesday, January 12 we will limit work attendance of employees in the designated regions for the present.

March 26, 2021 Update:
We have been easing the response measures that were in place up to this point based on the state of the COVID-19 pandemic in Japan. We will continue to work to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

April 19, 2021 Update:
Capcom is carrying out measures consistent with the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic on an ongoing basis.
