Announcement of Planned Change in Directors

The Board of Directors of Capcom Co., Ltd. approved a resolution today to submit to shareholders a proposal for the following change in the Board of Directors. This change will become official if the proposal is approved at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting scheduled for June 17, 2009.

1. Candidate for director (will become a director on June 17, 2009 if elected)

Takayuki Morinaga (currently non-executive Senior Adviser at Yazaki Corporation)

Note: Mr. Morinaga is a candidate for election as an external director.

2. Retiring director (retirement to become effective on June 17, 2009)

Koichi Hori

Note: Mr. Hori is an external director.
