Basic Views on Corporate Governance

Capcom is aware that comprehensive corporate governance ranks among management’s most important priorities. Because of this, in addition to enhancing management soundness and transparency, by building a trusting relationship with our stakeholders, such as shareholders, business partners, employees and regional society, we are increasing corporate value.

Capcom's basic policy for Japan's Corporate Governance Code

While taking on this growth strategy, the Company believes a solid management foundation, which allows strict risk management, is an indispensable factor to stable corporate management.

In preparing our documentation of the Company's status and policies for measures for each principle of the corporate governance code, the Company believes that it is a good opportunity to reconfirm the current Company status and what the Company should be.
