| This is to inform you that adjustments to Steel Battalion:
Line of Contact have recently been made in order to address the issue relating
to a loophole that results in unfair advantages when users trade items. Though
the loophole has been fixed, those that benefited from the trade options beforehand
have an unbalanced advantage in gameplay, far exceeding the normal and expected
parameters. As a result of the imbalance in gameplay, the overall Steel Battalion community has been affected. In order to create a fair and balanced playing field for all involved, we have evaluated several different options to find the best solution for all players. Ultimately, we have decided that the best option will be to reset everyone's optional parts data back to the initial settings, so that everyone begins with a fresh start. All optional parts that have been acquired during gameplay will be cleared. We hope that everyone will understand and accept this decision. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some and apologize for any trouble this may cause, however we can not allow this issue to continue affecting the entire community. We appreciate your cooperation and support as we strive to optimize Steel Battalion: Line of Contact for everyone.
