Capcom Co., Ltd. ("the Company") announces that, at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 15, 2019, it has resolved to submit a proposal to amend the Articles of Incorporation at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting scheduled for June 17, 2019. Details are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
