Capcom Co., Ltd. ("the Company") announces that it has resolved at the Board of Directors meeting on March 6, 2018 to implement a stock split and partially amend the Articles of Incorporation. Details are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Purpose of the stock split<\/h4>\n\n

The purpose of the stock split is to improve the liquidity of the Company’s stock and expand its investor base by reducing the stock price per investment unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Summary of the stock split<\/h4>\n

  • (1) Method of the stock split
    \nEach share of common stock owned by shareholders listed or recorded in the closing register of shareholders on the record date of Saturday, March 31, 2018 will be split into two shares.
    \nBecause the Saturday, March 31, 2018 record date is a holiday for the Company’s administrator of the shareholder register, the effective record date will be Friday, March 30, 2018.\n<\/li>\n\n
  • (2) Number of shares to be increased by the stock split\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
