Capcom Co., Ltd. ("the Company") announces that it has resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held today, to implement a stock split and partially amend the Articles of Incorporation. Details are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Purpose of the stock split<\/h4>\n

The purpose of the stock split is to improve the liquidity of the Company\u2019s stock and expand its investor base by reducing the stock price per investment unit.<\/p>\n\n\n

2. Summary of the stock split<\/h4>\n\n

(1)\tMethod of the stock split
\nEach share of common stock owned by shareholders listed or recorded in the closing register of shareholders on the record date of Sunday, March 31, 2024 will be split into two shares.
\nBecause the Sunday, March 31, 2024 record date is a holiday for the Company\u2019s administrator of the shareholder register, the effective record date will be Friday, March 29, 2024.\n<\/p>\n\n

(2) Number of shares to be increased by the stock split<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1.\tTotal number of shares issued prior to the stock split:<\/td>\n266,505,623 shares<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
